If you are looking for luxury, All Star’s Aqua Cat – Bahamas and All Star Red Sea – Egypt took #1 for level of luxury and quality of liveaboard, with All Star Velocean – Indonesia taking #2 in level of luxury. Seeking a great value? All Star swept the Best Value category with Blackbeard’s earning 1st place and Aqua Cat and Cat Ppalu earning 2nd and 3rd place.
